We offer returns under the following circumstances:

• Items are damaged or lost during transit when shipped using a tracked postage service. If your item arrives in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, please notify us promptly.

• However, we do not accept returns for Change of Mind. Given the fluctuating value of trading cards and collectibles, we are unable to process returns solely due to a change in preference or price.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the returnee, Full Hand TCG does not cover the costs of return shipping at this time.
